How do I connect Strava or Garmin?
Go to Settings and tap "Strava" or "Garmin" under Wearable Connections. You'll be redirected to sign in with your account and authorize MarathonOS to import your running activities. You can also connect during onboarding.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Manage Subscription" under your plan. This will open your Apple ID subscription settings where you can cancel or change your plan. You can also go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings in the app and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through your Apple ID settings.
What data does MarathonOS collect?
MarathonOS collects your name, email, workout data (from HealthKit, Strava, or Garmin), and race information you enter. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
